The RAVI Foundation is organizing a fundraising dinner on Sunday, December 01, 2019 at SIAO.
After the success of the pilot phase from 2015 to 2017, the RAVI Foundation officially launched on June 7th, 2018 the scaling up of the “VA Vision”, an effective concept for sustainable entrepreneurship and employability of young people and women, which is currently being rolled out nationwide.
One (01) year after the launch, the RAVI Foundation (whose name becomes REVIE) is still in the process of mobilizing financial resources for the deployment of the “Fast, Job and Food” component of the VA Vision for the benefit of young people and women in Burkina Faso.
To this end, the RAVI Foundation is organizing under the promotion of the Minister of Agriculture and Hydro-agricultural Developments (MAAH) and of the Minister of Energy and the Minister of Animal and Fishery Resources (MRAH), a special dinner on Sunday, December 1st, 2019 at the Rising Sun Pavilion of SIAO from 7 p.m. with the aim of creating 10,000 jobs and 500 sustainable enterprises with considerable socio-economic benefits (see attached summary sheet).
The fundraising is part of a patriotic outburst involving state actors, civil society, the private sector, trade unions and Burkinabe workers who work tirelessly in noble actions accompanying the Nation for economic, social and solidarity development.
This fund-raising campaign is intended to highlight the fact that improving the living conditions of the population requires the involvement of all actors working for the benefit of Burkina Faso by creating a national solidarity movement towards the youth and women who represent 88% of the population and who, moreover, constitute the most vulnerable groups and the most exposed to the risks of manipulation and abuse for questionable purposes contrary to the moral principles and standards in our country.
Participation to the dinner is set at one hundred thousand (100,000) CFA francs per seat; however, any organization wishing to do so may reserve one or more tables of 10 seats.
Within the framework of this fund-raising dinner, contributions can take many forms (donations, patronage, legacies, loans, shareholding, etc.).
